Fantastic F&F clothes!

You can't directly use them for delivery fees, but you can convert them into vouchers. And then those vouchers can be turned into Reward Partner tokens which are worth double, which is pretty neat for days out or restaurant meals.

Nah, not directly for delivery itself, but you get Clubcard Prices on loads of items which saves you money anyway. So it's kinda like a discount on your shop indirectly.

I think it's usually one e-coupon per order for the main discount. So if you have a £15 off £60, you probably can't stack another big one.

I've only ever managed to use one primary discount code at checkout. Sometimes product-specific ones might work in addition, but for the big order-level discounts, it's usually just one.

Just contact customer service, they're usually pretty good about it. You can tell them if you don't want substitutions when you order too, so they don't do it again.

Yeah, you can refuse it at the door if you don't like it. Or if you've already accepted it, just get in touch with them online and they'll sort a refund for that specific item. Happened to me once, was no fuss.

If it's only once or twice a month, it might not pay for itself unless your delivery slots are super expensive. You'd have to do the math on the cost of individual deliveries vs. the plan.

Probably not worth it for just 1-2 orders a month. It's really good if you're ordering weekly or even more often. For less frequent, just paying per delivery might be cheaper in the long run.
